I love Ethiopian food, but getting authentic injerra (the flat bread) w/ the delicious stews is always a problem - this little restaurant had authentic,delicious, homemade injerra. It was wonderful - it is the best Ethiopian I have had since leaving Ethiopia in 1975 after a 9 month stint as a missionary. I ate at the Cafe D'Afrique two weeks ago, & am driving up from Bellingham tomorrow to eat there again! I can make the stews, but you have to know what you're doing to make real injerra & I can't do that! I am already salivating!
