This was just a perfect location for an anniversary trip! It was private for being on busy Robson street. Tucked right on the end near Stanley park, it was still quiet but in the heart of all that goes on. We loved that there was a huge Safeway kitty corner for small trips. Have I mentioned the rooftop patio/garden? What a great place to go relax with a bottle of wine and look over the city. The suite had every ammenity we could ask for (possibly more dishes than we have at home!!). The staff were great and parking was directly under the building. Super great neighborhood with awesome restaurants right near by. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. I was originally nervous as our local pals hadn't heard of Times Square Suites, but now they have and will recommend this to their friends. Thank you, guys. We will make it a point to visit Vancouver again soon!

My friend and I stayed at the Times Square Suites hotel June 22-25. We found it well suited to our needs, with separate sleeping areas (a rollaway in a sleeping alcove), a kitchen and a living room. Our room was located on the back side of the hotel on the third floor -- no noise. The hotel is not fancy and new but it is comfortable and clean. The staff is terrific! Upon arrival we were greeted warmly with a suggestion that we look in the fridge. A bottle of wine was chilling that my husband had made arrangements with the staff to purchase for us. We enjoyed the wine on the rooftop patio that overlooks Robson and Denman streets. Then we followed the staff's recommendation to head down to English Bay for some fascinating people watching and beautiful scenery. It was only a 10-minute walk, past restaurants representing every type of cuisine -- Japanese, Indian, Thai, Greek, Malyasian, African, you name it. Stanley Park is within a few blocks of the hotel and we spent part of every day there because it was so lovely and serene -- truly one of the best parks in North America. One day we went to Grouse Mountain for the tram ride to the top and a fabulous view, pleasant from the vantage point of a bistro with outdoor seating and delicious food. We saw all the main tourist destinations within a few days -- Vancouver has several beautiful parks, all worth visiting. The Seasons restaurant at the top of Queen Elizabeth Park was fabulous. (We like our nature in controlled settings with great food and wine!) The hotel staff was helpful providing directions and maps to every place we went. Vancouver is an international city with a diverse population. The pace felt slower than some American big cities and the people were polite. Though the West End where the hotel is located is densely populated, it didn't feel crowded or overwhelming to us, though we were there just before the peak tourism season hits. The weather was perfect, sunny every day but not hot. We lucked out. Next time we go back we'll stay again at Times Square Suites.

Spent 5 days in Vancouver at Times Square Suites. An extremely pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone. Beautiful suites, great location with all amenities nearby, rooftop patio with great views and BBQ, free wifi, helpful and accommodating staff, kitchen very well kitted out. This would be my first choice if I visit Vancouver again.

Wonderful place! I stayed for a week with my husband and 16 month old daughter. It was wonderful! They had a crib for us in the small den (a perfect second bedroom but cheaper than the 2 bedroom suite), and even a high chair. Having a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen was a lifesaver. The location can't be beat, starbucks right downstairs, safeway across the street, and whole foods a block away. Stanley park is a short walk, english bay beach, robson shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful, the price was a great value! Highly recommend!!

What a great place, ticked all the boxes for us!
These suites are in downtown Vancouver. We flew into VYR and got the sky train to City Centre. This took 20 mins and cost $7.25 (its was only $3.50 on the way back!) The suites were about a 20 min walk along Robson Street. On our arrival the man on reception was very polite and our check in was very efficient. We booked a small suite (208) We were pleasantly surprised by the size. Alll the fans were on and classical music was playing, a nice touch! The bed is not huge though. The suite was spotless and even had a washer/dryer with soap provided. The best bit about this location is that fact that it is 2 mins walk from Stanley Park, the best place to spend a day in Vancouver. We hired bikes for $15 for 5 hours. There are countless hire places available, you will need to leave ID while you have the bike. The park has a great cycling and running track around the outside. We ran around it at about 6am (10k per lap) you just can't beat the views. Across the road from the suites is a huge Safeways and there is a Starbucks underneath. If you like Sushi this is the place to be, hundreds of restaurants and take aways, all cheap and very nice. Our suite overlooked the back and we heard no street noise at all. I thought the area was clean and safe and at no time, even when out on my own felt vulnerable. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks Times Square for a great stay.
