Fantastic wow what a great place. Staff so so friendly and so helpful, apartment fantastic with a washer and dryer and in a great spot so close to everything. We got lots of advise on where to go where to eat and how to get around from the staff can't speak more highly of the whole experience. Make sure you buy the $9 day ticket for sky train, buses and sea bus great value congratulations Times Square apartments

Room Tip: Room 308 an excellent room

Thank you so much for the high praise for our staff. We are so lucky to have a passionate team.
That is an excellent tip on the day pass for the transit (Skytrain, Canada Line, bus and Seabus). Our buses require exact change ($2.50) for each trip so a one day pass will save a lot of heavy coins in your pocket!
We look forward to seeing you next time

Excellent location, it is close to a supermarket. A+ Service, very clean place to stay. Walk distance to many interest places like Stanley Park. Highly recommend.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. They provided umbrellas for our rainy day. Corner suite was great, but there is definitely traffic noise (ear plugs provided if needed). We could clearly hear the traffic signal chirping. Washer is not gentle on clothes, but convenient. Maid service is on demand, trash can be left in hall for pickup and fresh towels requested. We ended up just taking our towels and trash down to the office/basement ourselves. Oddly, there was no maid service available at all on the Queen's Birthday Holiday. We received that note under our door sometime after lunch. Since we were only there a few days, not a problem for us, but if had been staying longer, earlier notice would have been more appropriate.

Thank you for staying with us and your thoughtful comments. We take notice of all reviews, as they provide insight into areas we need to improve and also where we are doing well.
Our maintenance person will be checking on the washer to be sure there are no mechanical issues. We appreciate knowing about its performance.
On public holidays, we do not offer regular housekeeping. This was on Monday May 21. The notices were sent to each suite and also posted in elevator one day prior, on Sunday. Although we do not offer full cleaning on that day, we are always available for towels, clean ups and extra amenity items. We apologize if there was any confusion around the date that we were not offering service.
We look forward to seeing you again. You are the ones on vacation and we will insist that you use our maid service for your towels and trash!!

From the moment we contacted them regarding staying at their suites we were impressed. The management and staff were great This was our first trip to Vancouver coming via Amtrak from Seattle and the staff was helpful with guidance for transportation. Catching a cab was very simple from the station and a quick trip to the facility. The Times Square Suites is very secure and you need to have a key to call the elevator to the entry lobby or be "buzzed" in by the door monitor. The apartment was amazing, very clean and open. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, ect. Loved the gas fireplace. The sofa wasn't too comfortable but we were not sitting around alot anyway. The bedroom was adequate and the bed was comfortable, again, very clean. The bathroom was spotless and had plenty of towels. The washing machine/dryer area was stocked with supplies. The balcony was very small, not large enough to sit on but our apartment faced the back(VERY quiet) so we didn't really care. The heating and AC unit worked very well and we were comfortable. The fitness facility is not of site which was a downfall for us since we would have liked this. There is a gym a few short blocks away which you can use for free but was not really convenient. The Hotel location is absolutely perfect. We spent alot of time hiking, walking and jogging in Stanley Park and very much enjoyed walking the Sea Wall-it is nearly right out your front door. The people are all out riding bikes, roller blading(rental is right next door). Everyone is active. The park is fabulous... gardens, lakes, pools, trails, playgrounds and the Aquarium is there as well- BEAUTIFUL. Thank goodness StarBucks is right downstairs too! Any kind of food/restaurant you could want is available. There is a full grocery right across the street and a Whole Foods Market a few blocks away. The post office and a bank are all one block away as well. Prices were reasonable and comparable to US. We felt very safe anywhere in this area. We took a "Tour by Locals"-Lois T. and went to the North Vancouver area-Even More Fabulous. Experiencing the outdoors was great since we like to hike. We had walked the city and been to Granville Island-great place to shop but do NOT take a car(horrible and packed-you will waste time). We walked the Sea Wall and caught a water taxi/small ferry over. Lots of fun and eats! Allow half a day only. Loved everything about this part of Vancouver. Plan to go back and spend more time on the North side BUT will stay at Times Square again for sure!! Thanks to all the staff there.

Room Tip: Any room would be great here, the higher rooms prob have a view but we walk to see things!

Thank you for your very detailed review! We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay.
We have inspected the sofa in the suite and are replacing the mattress on the sofabed to allow for a more comfortable seat. We will test it and if that doesn't make it right, then we will be shopping for a new sofa!
Thank you again for sharing your experience. We look forward to seeing you again.

A colleague and I shared a two-bedroom apartment on the third floor for five days. The room was pleasant with a few extra amenities such a fireplace and thick duvets, The room was spic and span when we arrived and was well cleaned, including the dishes :-) each day upon request. The staff was friendly and obviously had guest service as their top priority. This hotel seems perfect for people traveling with a family or those staying in Vancouver for more than a few days. The downtown location was very handy: many restaurants in the immediate area and attractions (Stanley Park, English Bay, Robson Street, harbour walk, ...) nearby.
