Excellent location, good value. Surrounded by superb dining opportunities, some of which easily become your "room service". The room rate is equal to or less than a typical small hotel room, but you get an apartment size accommodation, kitchen, separate bedroom, etc.. Safeway across the street, Whole Foods 2 blocks away, on the doorstep of Stanley Park. There's a neighbourhood feel when you walk out of this hotel, unlike the big, posh, expensive hotels which give you doormen and taxis upon leaving the lobby. We will definitely return, and use this hotel as a launching point to enjoy Vancouver.
An example of how management has planned to save you money. The Safeway across the street has many specials available, but only if you have a "membership". So, the hotel has a membership, which guests can access by giving the clerk the hotel's phone number. Smart.

enjoyed our two night stay in a two bedroom suite-clean and comfortable-the beds were extremely comfortable-great location on Robson and on the edge of Stanley Park-would love to return-roof top deck is charming and old fashioned-only negative was the overflowing dumpster in clear view from our window-

We stayed at Times Square Suites for 9 nights in a 2brm suite. From our first greeting, to our departure it was a delight to stay here. It felt like home- no small feat, but names on the intercom and friendly staff made us feel very welcome and very happy here! There was a group of about 15 of us in Vancouver at a conference and this place turned out to be the pick of places to stay. I loved it and cannot speak highly enough. Nothing was too much bother, very comfy beds, very nice apartments, great location, nice rooftop area- wonderful! Thank you to Rob and all of the staff for a wonderful stay. I hope to be back! Highly recommended.

My husband, 2.5 year old son and I stayed at the Time Square Suites for 4 nights in March. I was so glad we chose this hotel as it's location would be very hard to beat. We stayed dowtown at the beginning of our trip but found this location to be much better especially if you would like a million different dining options anytime of the day. There is also a supermarket, pharmacy and bottle shop across the road. The staff here are just wonderfull they are very friendly and really helpfull. The rooms here were just perfect for what we were looking for, we had a 1 bedroom with den at the rear of the property and we found it to be clean and welcoming. The kitchen and lounge room are a great size and had everything we needed. The beds, blankets and pillow were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting by the fire after dark. The only thing that made our stay just not quite perfect was the noise from outside, 2 of the 4 mornings a garbage truck collected rubbish in the alley that our rooms was facing and it was LOUD, it woke our son up both mornings. The other 2 nights were over the weekend and we heard people using the alley who were just being loud and annoying as they were heading out and back from a night out. I was really quite shocked at how much we could hear from our room as we were on the top floor and not facing the road. Other than this we had a great stay, Stanley park is a few blocks away and Robson street and the surrounding area is full of shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again next time we're looking to stay in this area of Vancouver.

We stayed at the Times Square Suites (TSS) as a result of a Bloomspot offer. As a frequent Vancouver visitor, I was surprised I hadn't heard of TSS and decided to stay based on location and reviews.

We arrived late Friday afternoon after battling horrible traffic. (If driving in from the south, disregard your GPS and avoid the Pacific St. to Beach Av to Denman route). We went to the address and learned via the intercom that reception was adjacent to the underground parking accessible via an alley. I must admit this was disconcerting.

The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful. Our remaining concerns were laid to rest when we got to our room, a spacious one bedroom apartment. Complete with kitchen, dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer. The room was spotless and up to date. The rooftop deck area with community gas grill is an added bonus.

The hotel's location in Vancouver's West End is perfect. At the west end of Robson Street with all it has to offer and mere blocks from world famous Stanley Park. English Bay, Coal Harbour, Gastown and downtown are all within easy walking distance. There is a multitude of restaurants of various cuisines and prices within easy walking distance. This is important as there in no restaurant at TSS. If you're into seafood, I highly recommend "The Fish House in Stanley Park". Incredible seafood - impeccable service.

There is no fitness facility at TSS but you can visit a local athletic club gratis as a TSS guest. If you're a runner, head west on Robson and take a run in Stanley Park along the seawall.

I will definitely be back and TSS has earned a place in my top 5 hotels.

Stayed for two nights. It was suggested to us at check in to get a bigger room for our family of four, which meant we had heaps of room and the kids didn't have to sleep together! Room was great, kitchen well stocked and the rooftop BBQ an absolute bonus. Would love to stay again. There 's a large supermarket across the street, Stanley Park is an easy walk (even for a 7 yr old), and heaps of restaurants up the street.

My family and I stayed at Times Square for 1 night in April. The room was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Easy and friendly check in. Excellent location - can't think of a better place to stay in Vancouver. Large rooms, well equiped kitchens and very secure building.

We'll be back.
