Natasha was our cleaning lady and she did a great job. very nice room, though small. Parking attendants were also very nice and helpful.

“Excellent choice for a short stay in Vancouver”
Reviewed May 31, 2017 for a stay in May 2017

This hotel is well situated, gives you a large room with kitchenette (well stocked with pots, pans, cups, cutlery etc), and a seating area. Everything is nearby plus some amazing restaurants in Yaletown (or Gastown if you prefer a bit more of a walk). Staff are mainly helpful but reception can get very busy. Special mention to Daniel, the concierge, who was so helpful. Thank you

“Perfect Location for Vancouver Centre”

Situated in Downtown the hotel is a couple of blocks away from the transit from the airport. It is just off Robson Street and close to the theaters, concert hall and stadium.
The accommodation was comfortable and met our needs well. Although we didn't use them, the simple cooking facilities were adequate for simple meals and snacks but with many restaurants nearby why would you! The apartment had two rooms and bathroom. The inner room has a studio couch which would sleep an additional two people but the that part wasn't air conditioned and was rather hot and stuffy.
Staff on reception were helpful and freely gave advice when asked. We didn't use the pool or other health facilities because we were out most of the time but they too looked fine.
The Robson makes a great base for a short visit to this interesting city

Easy access to restaurants and attractions. Room furnishings a little dated, but more than compensated by the low cost of room. Avoid paying daily fee for wifi by using Main Vancouver Public Library, one block away, which has free wifi after you obtain a free internet access card.

“Biggest bang for our buck”

You never really know what to expect when you book a hotel that's not one of the big brand names. I was pleasantly surprised with this timeshare. The size was ideal for the two of us. We wanted two double beds, but we got a room with one queen. Luckily the sofa was a pullout so that was helpful. The kitchenette was so ideal. The fridge was pretty spacious. It came with pretty much everything. Having a kitchenette saved us so much money on eating out. The location was super key. We were really in the heart of everything. Anywhere we wanted to go was either a 5-15 minute walk away or to a bus stop. I would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat.

Liked best: Location, price, kitchenette
Liked least: Not getting the regular hotel cleaning service, it wasn't managed by the hotel, not enough hangers in the closet and because the hangers were the ones with the rings at the top, it was hard to hang and store clothes. As a woman this was annoying.
