This hotel has a great unique personality that constantly reminds you that you are somewhere special and not just another one of interchangeable-looking high-end hotels around the world. The little touches of special attention from staff combined with colorful décor create a fun atmosphere that encourages you to pay attention to your stay experience and enjoy it more fully but not take yourself too seriously. The location is fantastic for enjoying everything Yaletown has to offer and easy enough to get anywhere else.

So impressed with the amenities like an iPad, and Samsung Galaxy 3 smartphone available for guest use, radiant heated floors in the bathroom, down duvets and quality mattresses, champagne upon arrival, complimentary BMW service, quick access to the Canada Line from YVR airport, and mountain bikes to explore the city, to name a few. This stylishly chic boutique hotel is located in the heart of Yaletown with numerous restaurants & bars within walking distance. They even designed the rooms with the bathrooms on exterior walls and sliding glass doors to buffer any noise from nearby bars. I loved everything about this hotel, from the friendly & efficient service, to the award winning La Pentola Restaurant, to the tastefully hip decor and surprise glass wall in the public restrooms! As a travel agent, I have stayed in my share of luxury hotels and this one was simply super sexy!

Room Tip: If you are a light sleeper and street noise from nearly bars will disturb you, ask the staff for a r...

Located in the core of Yaletown Vancouver, this little gem is a great hotel for those who prefer smaller hotels. Not too many floors and close to many great restaurants, this pet friendly place is a good spot to hang your hat in Vancouver. Right around the corner is Rodney's, renoun in Vancouver for its great choice of oysters and good atmosphere. A hop away from False Creek where you can go for great sea walks and more choices of fine restaurants. Well worth it

Dear Hanky53, thank you for choosing OPUS for your recent visit to Vancouver. We were glad to see how you were able to enjoy our location, and felt that the hotel was ideally situated for access to the seawall and restaurants. I have been to Rodney's restaurant myself numerous times and agree that it is the best place for oysters in Vancouver! Thank you again for taking the time to send us your feedback, and we will look forward to the next opportunity to welcome you back to OPUS.

Nice rooms and great location in the heart of Yaletown so close to all of the great bars and restaurants in Yaletown. Sometimes can be a problem on thur, fri, sat nights as it is so close to the nightclubs and bars in the area it can be noisy well into the night.
