We had a great time on the food cart tour with Manuela. We were the only two people on the tour so we got to chat with our guide more than usual. The tour featured some delicious eats from a variety of cuisines.

“A Truly Unique Experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 4, 2013

Holey Moley did my sister and I have a grand time on the Food Cart tour! Our guide Andrew was great, and I have to commend the staff of Foodie Tours for punting after two food carts broke down. From Japadog to Soho Road and Bella Gelateria (a last second substitution), we cannot say enough about the food and the cart proprietors. Bella Gelateria, in particular gave us the most meaningful experience of the day! The owner is an AMAZING individual with a true passion for his craft. We took our tour on a soggy and cold day this past May, and Maestro James was extremely gracious with not only his samples, but his motivational talk on the world of gelato and on life. We left (an hour after arrival) with a new found appreciation for the craft and for achieving our life's goals. We will NEVER look at gelato the same way again. My sister and I have been going on for days about the chocolate sorbetto and the our experience with the tour! Andrew gave us the most amazing dinner suggestion too of ShuRaku Sake Bar & Bistro (which is on their Gourmet Eats tour)! The Wild Salmon TARTAR, oh how I want a truck load of you. If you are looking for an exceptional time, book these tours now!

“Eating our Way through Vancouver!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 2, 2013

We abssoluely enjoyed our Vancouver Best Street Eats tour with Manuella. We got more than we bargained for as the tour not only included 6 food carts/trucks, but a walking tour of the city as Manuella shared cool facts about Vancouver as we went along. I expected bite sized portions at each stop, but they were healthy samplings from each. Our group voted Chicken Karaage from Mogu's cart the best, followed by a tight second for the Kurobuta Terimayo dog from Japadog. If you are a foodie or just want to do something different this is a must do in Vancouver. Just make sure you are mobile as lots of walking - which somehow made my food fest feel justified :)

“Fun tour”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 29, 2013

We did the tour and was the only two on the tour. There was two guides and both were a lot if fun. It was kind of fast due to being the only people but we had a great time and the food was outstanding. It also gives you the chance to see if you want to return to the eating place. We loved every food truck we want too! Try it it's fun and everybody love food!

“Well worth your while!”

The guides were extremely friendly and fun-loving! This experience must not be missed by any foodie. I bought the Guilty Pleasures Gourmet tour for my mom as a Mother's Day gift and we both throughly enjoyed it. I'll definitely be going on it again with other friends and family.
