Excellent waitstaff, very attentive during our early dinner reservation. Roasted carrot salad lovely and fun - fresh dill not overpowering but rather helped pull things together. Pork belly app intensely flavorful. Yellowfin tuna great, lighter entrée although plenty of food, but the presentation was a really nice commingling of flavors and textures, including about the best Brussels sprouts you'll ever taste. I had a very generous slow braised lamb shoulder that was dark but with a hint of citrus.
