This small conservatory holds many floral and avian treats. We spent much longer than we had planned because we were so entranced with the birds. The exotic plants and little stream with waterfalls create a perfect environment for the many species of tropical birds. We took over a hundred photos and just love looking at them. It was wonderful to get so close to birds interacting in a natural way with their environment. A must see for any Vancouver visitor, toddler to senior.

This place is a real eye opener and a surprise in one. The jungle atmosphere and everything inside makes this worth the trip. Easy to get to and no reason not to go in when at the park.

There is a wonderful collection of tropical plants and birds to be seen here. The birds are flying wild inside and carrying on their lives - nesting and raising their young.

We took a tour of Vancouver which included admission to the Conservatory. We are so glad we took the time to go in. The plants, flowers, waterfalls, and birds are gorgeous. Watching these colorful parrots, etc. in a natural environment was fascinating. If we had done Vancouver on our own, we would have missed this hidden treasure. We definitely recommend it to adults and children.

This place is cool - tropical birds and foliage all within a beautiful city park. Definitely not to be missed if you are a QE park. Probably more to see and appreciate for adults than for kids.
