We arrived early, the front desk staff took care of our luggage until our room was ready, then delivered to our room, unsolicited . Also helped with directions, and arranged our transportation to the airport.

Have stayed in this hotel several times and have never been disappointed. During my last check in I re-opened a small cut on my finger and it started to bleed. Within seconds the desk staff had found a tissue and a couple of bandades to get me on my way. Well done.
This hotel seems brand new although it is a few years old. The staff were very helpful. We borrowed the hotel's supplied bicycles a few times and they provided a great way to get around downtown and even ride around Stanley Park. Breakfasts were good and had lots of healthy options. The room (suite) was very large and well appointed. Internet was fast and relaible. All in all, a good experience.
We stayed here for three nights prior to our Alaskan cruise. The location is great and the staff is so helpful. We did not rent a car and so glad, that we didn't. The city is very easy to navigate by foot, taxi or complimentary hotel shuttle. The staff was so helpful with recommendations, directions, etc. Andy, the hotel shuttle driver, provided us with a lift to Stanley Park, hooked us with with coupons to rent bikes and outlined the perfect itinerary for a fabulous day in Vancouver. The 16th floor has a great space for teens to hang out, laundry facilities and a lovely view of downtown. Our room faced the stadium but we were on the 14th floor. Thus, we had no noise whatsoever. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn style, which is fine. The elevators were slow. Something needs to be done about that but really, a minor inconvience.
Close enough to transport, walking distance to everything. Staff very helpful, breakfast provided inclusive a big bonus when in a strange place. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Vancouver. Little market down the road, places to eat nearby, and if you are wanting to catch a hockey match you are on top of the stadium almost. Overall very good place to stay.
My family of 5 stayed here before starting an Alaskan cruise. We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice and spacious. The location was great for walking to Yaletown where there are at least 40 Restaurants of your choosing. The hockey stadium is right across the street. My wife walked around for a while after dinner and were surprised by the number of young healthy adults also walking the city. Breakfast was good the next day.
Only negative was the speed of the elevators, very slow.
We would stay here again.
