Great location, comfy home with everything you need.
We stayed 5 nights and had a lovely time.
A steep 3 block walk from the station with restaurants, grocery shops etc all at the end of the block.
A constant supply of coffee and biscuits in the reception / garden area and off street parking for those with cars.
Rooms are pretty much as pictured. This is a 100 year old house so narrow steep stairs and smallish rooms are normal.
Owners were always helpful and very friendly.

Last minute booking, for just a one-night stop, turned out to be an ideal location: large house full of character, perfectly located close to very convenient public transport route. Ideal for access to both Downtown and airport
This is a converted house with 8 rooms for guests. Our room had the musty smell of grandma's house. Parking is very limited. The WiFi was spotty at best. Considering Vancouver prices it is reasonable but definitely not a place to take small children.
This place was once a wonderful B&B and now has fallen to the wayside. The previous owner and manager/chef were wonderful hosts. Now, you may not even see anyone when checking in and out. And there's no breakfast to speak of, which I heard was fantastic with the previous owner. Stay away.
We booked a holiday at Manor Guest House but unfortunately needed to cancel. There was a problem getting our deposit ( through no fault of the Manor Guest House.) Louis, the owner, went above and beyond to resolve the problem, and he could not have been more apologetic. Clearly he cares about his customers and the reputation of his hotel. Hopefully another time we will be able to stay.

This was a good location to everything we wanted to see/do in Vancouver. The room was comfortable and clean. However, in route to our room there was a storage area in the hallway without any type of door, so right outside our doorway was a view of rolled up rugs, cleaning supplies etc.-not pleasant. Could have at least hung a curtain to hide the mess of stuff. Wi-fi didn't work in our room, so had to go to kitchen area when we needed internet access. The entrance to the house had an old, unattractive couch on the porch? The lawn area was attractive with nice seating. It appears that this house was at one time an attractive, well kept B&B. Now it appears to be more about good location at a fair price and a clean place to sleep. Though we didn't cook in the kitchen, it was a convenience to have the fridge and microwave available.
