Had a blast biking, strolling, site seeing and just letting the area infect you on a nice sunny day.

The False Creek ferries are great for sightseeing False Creek and offer an all day hop on/off ticket for a stroll along the foreshore between rides to admire the multitude of high rise apartment buildings. Granville Island market is fun for the hungry but be ready for the crowds.

Ride the Aqua bus or False Creek Ferry up or down the creek. You can stop at Granville Island, Yaletown or the Olympic village all for a very reasonable price. See our little New York skyline. Rent a kayak and paddle down the calm waters of this gorgeous little inlet past the houseboats, marinas, and paddle boarders. It's not a creek at all but a wonderful playground.

It was a beautiful day in Vancouver so we decided to walk everywhere. We headed over to False Creek and walked all along the seawall. It was a beautiful day, so it was nice to see so many people enjoying the sunshine at all the little parks. It is a very pretty walk looking out along the water, the condos, the parks, etc.

We took the little ferry from Hornby street and did a tour of False creek all the way up to Olympic village and got dropped at Granville markets for lunch. It's such a pleasant way to see Vancouver from another angle, and we found the driver to be very knowledgeable and kind. This is a must do when in YVR (and cheap)!!
