“Great location, close to Canada Place Cruiseship terminal”

Good pre or post cruise accomodation. Located close to Yaletown and ten minute walk to Gastown. Robson Street is known for it's many and varied trendy restuarants and bars.
Our mini suite on 20th floor was very, clean, comfortable and spacious. The only downside was the noisy air conditioning. We turned it off to sleep.
Nice to have a fully equiped kitchenette, but the restuarant downstairs is also convenient.
A mini market is just across the road.
Would love to see more of Vancouver, and would choose to stay at Rosedale on Robson again. The staff were friendly and professional and we received complimentary WiFi.

Room Tip: Probably 17th-18th floor would be quieter than 20th floor.

I stayed in one of the time share condos. The location is great, within walking distance of Yaletown. Wifi reception in my room was terrible (and they were wanting to charge me for the privilege) so I ended up going down to a coffee shop.
There was ample underground parking but it's a real rabbit warren down there, make sure you note exactly where you parked as there are "half floors".
Hallway smelt of cooking during my entire stay, but inside the condo was OK and you can open the window for some fresh air.
In summary, not a bad place to stay, but there are nicer places for a similar price (e.g. the Hampton Inn) nearby.

Thank you for your review of the Timeshare suite. I will pass along you comments to the operator Vacation Internationale. They also operate under the name Rosedale Condominiums. As for the WiFi service in the hotel section, it is complimentary for the first device with a $5.00 plus taxes charge for any extra device. We also have complimentary service in the lobby of the hotel tower.

Yours truly:

We were staying in one of the time shares at this hotel and it was super nice and the view was spectacular. Staff was extremely helpful especially Brad. Would plan to stay here if we go again. Location is great to yaletown and the aqua bus. Parking was $16 per night plus taxes.
Kinda pricey but everything in Vancouver is a bit on the pricey side but well worth it.

This is a good hotel in a great location. The staff were helpful if a little "cool". We stayed for 3 nights following a cruise. We were situated in a suite on the 20th floor which is immediately below the hotels ventilation system. There was a constant hum which we initially found irritating. We also switched off the air-conditioning in the suite because it was very noisy. The rooms are well proportioned and very well maintained. I would certainly stay here again (though not on the 20th floor!)

We stayed here for the Vancouver Marathon and it was a gong show. The price is stupid expensive, and we even got the government rate! But that's not so much the hotel as the location - it's right near the stadia. $20 for in-out parking in that area is decent, however I hated the fact that they chintzed on the wi-fi. It was only when I checked out that I was informed that it was free, despite the fact that it asked for a credit card on the log-in screen. Rooms are old, shabby - Vancouver is also soooooo played. I'd have rather stayed somewhere cheaper in the suburbs and accessed the downtown via ample rapid transit options.

We stayed 2 nights in the Hotel on 3/4 May 2014. The rooms were great - very spacious with a separate Lounge with coffee/tea etc. Best location for everything. Service was very good indeed. Josh in the bar was amazing - top rate. Highly recommend for value, location, sevice.
