Great location-walkable to Canada Place, Robson Street, Sunset Beach and Granville Island ferries. Room was spacious but old especially tub and tile, bed was very comfortable, and good view from room 803. C-Prime had good breakfast choices ans great coffee. Reasonable prices for food. Lobby was spacious. Staff was excellent.

We stayed for three nights. It was easy to get to from the airport and easy walk to downtown. We were disappointed that during our entire stay, we only had hot water twice and the staff weren't all that helpful in resolving the issue. The decor and kitchen appliances need an upgrade and a thorough clean. We also found it to be very noisy - sirens and construction works. Not fabulous but certainly not the worst.

Mom and I stayed two nights at this hotel prior to boarding a cruise ship. The location is great, the lobby is attractive and the cafe is very good (excellent baked goods, soup and gelato). Our room was large, but very dated and bland. The appliances were yellow with age and the bathroom sink sprayed water everywhere. It was fairly clean, but would have benefited from a deep cleaning. The basement, where the pool and gym are located, stank and was extremely unattractive (broken tiles, bad paint and poor directions). The service at the front desk was quite good. We were not happy with our room, and the hotel manager made it right for us. She explained that they are in the process of updating rooms but that our floor had not yet been done. The Hop On Hop Off Bus was just outside, which was also a plus. Finally, the on-site restaurant is excellent albeit a bit pricey.

Stayed at Century Plaza after an Alaska cruise. Whilst a little dated, the full kitchen and large lounge room were a welcome addition.
Walking distance to all downtown attractions with hop on hop off bus stop right out the front.
The restaurant C Prime is well worth the visit with fantastic food.
There is an IGA only 2 blocks away if you would prefer to dine in the room.
All tour companies know this hotel and often pick up here first.

This hotel is an excellent base to explore Vancouver. Gas Town and Stanley Park are only 30 mins walk plus it's close to Sky Train stations if you feel like taking it easy. There is building work going on at the next door church but we were out and about during the day and missed the bulk of noise. The room (2 bed suite) was large and well appointed and the staff were always friendly and polite. We'd definitely stay there again.
