They were cheap and they had day passes so you could get on and off as many times as you wanted. They ran every 15 minutes.

A great way to skip across the waters of False creek, to the Village for a walk about, then over to Granville Island for dinner. We were humoured when we saw the name of one little ferry was "The Spirit of Nora O'Grady" someone from our past who was a Senior activist in her day.

Not only is this a great way to travel along the water with many convenient stops along the way, but they also provide a "Tour". We took advantage of it every day....we found it was a great way to get to many of the city's attractions. Bonus, the staff were friendly and very helpful.

I used these to go the Granville Island from Yaletown dock. They are convenient and run often enough that there's very little wait time. They are cute and happy little boats.
