Description: Every day funk is what going Rogue is all about. Crazy tall light fixtures and walls that glow set against sand-blasted brick and well-worn hardwood floors. Menu-wise, going Rogue means doing things in the kitchen others said couldn't be done. Like a completely fresh burger served medium-rare to make it the juiciest and best tasting in town. Or corn-dogs your not supposed to want but secretly crave. Going Rogue means your horizons are greater than the "usual suspects" of chain restaurants. Rogue gives it's customer an eclectic enough offering of food and surroundings, that they can feel and be themselves. You can go Rogue when you're slumming, you can go Rogue when you need to impress. You can go Rogue with a date, your mates or with your boss. Best of all, you can afford to go Rogue every day of the week. Need a stiff drink and tasty meal to get you through your daily grind and have enough left over to do it all again tomorrow? Go Rogue.

Went for dinner and the group I was with had a variety of drinks, appetizers and mains. Ambience is great, service fabulous, location and new décor fabulous. Food not so great though. Coconut Chicken - "where's the Chicken?" Baja Fish Tacos...."where's any hint of a Mexican flavour?" My food definitely under spiced. Beer was good though. I find this is the challenge for these brew-pubs. The focus in on the beer at the expense of the food. Prizes are in line and reasonable. Best of all - they take reservations! Other places in the area arrogantly do not take reservations.

Menu is inline with the big box restaurants. The food was perfectly fine and the service was efficient for lunch. I made the wrong choice for lunch but that was my fault

I have enjoyed two lunches at the newest Rogue in the last couple of weeks. Both times we enjoyed eating on the patio. First lunch was angry prawns. They were great!! I certainly was NOT angry after I enjoyed them. The dark stout I enjoyed with them was very good as well! The second time the sushi bombs and the chocolate peanut butter explosion were great as was the stout (I had a 2nd one with the 2nd meal, both were great). My friends who joined me at both meals seemed very happy with their choices. The service was very good.

We were staying at the Pacific Rim and were in search of a casual dining experience. Rogue is it. The service was fantastic - the Kale Quinoa Salad which is renowned among locals is a must try. Kale, quinoa, goat cheese, pistachios, avocado, cranberries combined to perfection. I topped my serving with salmon and my guy had the tuna. Just a perfect meal. Reasonable price - and fun, happy ambiance right by the water. Plus for a space so big - the acoustics are terrific, no trouble carrying on a conversation.

I was there for lunch on sunday with a large family group. We went there because we saw it was listed with a good rating.
It has a perfect location for cruise passengers and good ambience.
There were few customers. However, service was scarce and quality of food uneven, I don't know if because it was sunday.
The menu was not very varied. It took nearly an hour from ordering to being served. Some dishes were very good, others simply not good at all.
Maybe it is good for a beer and snack or sandwich sitting in the outside, but such a good location would deserve better quality of service and food.
