Description: Every day funk is what going Rogue is all about. Crazy tall light fixtures and walls that glow set against sand-blasted brick and well-worn hardwood floors. Menu-wise, going Rogue means doing things in the kitchen others said couldn't be done. Like a completely fresh burger served medium-rare to make it the juiciest and best tasting in town. Or corn-dogs your not supposed to want but secretly crave. Going Rogue means your horizons are greater than the "usual suspects" of chain restaurants. Rogue gives it's customer an eclectic enough offering of food and surroundings, that they can feel and be themselves. You can go Rogue when you're slumming, you can go Rogue when you need to impress. You can go Rogue with a date, your mates or with your boss. Best of all, you can afford to go Rogue every day of the week. Need a stiff drink and tasty meal to get you through your daily grind and have enough left over to do it all again tomorrow? Go Rogue.

“Delicious Food Terrible Service”
Reviewed January 30, 2013

Not being a beer drinker perhaps this was a poor choice for lunch. I had a friend visiting from Ottawa and all our possible dining choices weren't working out. So......having had food here when it first opened I thought let's do it.
We had to flag down our server after not ordering alcohol. Her service was poor as perhaps she thought a tip was not forth coming. to prove her wrong an overly generous tip was offered despite the lack of attention.
We ordered the natcho chips with chicken and that would have been enough for us both but I ordered an order of Lobster Mac & Cheese which I knew was tasty. However my guest interrupted our waiter enroute to cancel the order but I really wanted her to split this with me as it is a unique menu item. Because our food took too long to arrive we were rushed getting back to her hotel. This was disappointing.

“Great Lunch!”
Reviewed January 28, 2013

Stopped for lunch at Rogue and was very impressed. It was packed when we arrived and I would say they have a well oiled machine - everything was served in a very timely manner. Menu had great lunch items on it (hard to decide what to order!) and the food was very good. Service was excellent. Great selection on their beer menu - unique beers which is nice. Loved the lively ambiance and decor in the room.

“Average”

The Angry Prawns come with rice which is not well cooked. I was underwhelmed with their food. The staff were generally nice though. It's not exceptional. Just an average restaurant.

“The Rogue - over 20 craft beers & quality pub menu”
Reviewed January 6, 2013

Ever seen Lobster Mac `n Cheese on a menu
Our waitress said it is very popular as well as The Rogue Burger.
Lots of interesting menu options. Definitely higher quality pub food.
We finally chose The Rogue Burger and the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp and were both happy with our choices.
Over 20 craft beers on the menu, wine by the glass or bottle and the usual cocktails with some unique twists. Bar and dining room area plus outside seating area
Located in the Waterfront Station so direct access to the Skytrain or Seabus without going outside

“Tasty”
Reviewed December 19, 2012

Well, if you like higher quality bar food with a refined touch, this is the place to go in Vancouver. The fish and pretty much anything else they have (including nachos and the korean bbq ribs) are quite good, fresh food. The beer choice is decent and the place is service oriented, but not cumbersome. They have a different touch in doing things, a better approach that increases the focus on veggies which is awesome. The menu is not that "big", but it's satisfying after a long day of work. The lemon-honey salad dressing is to kill for.
