This restaurant serves excellent deep fried pork rib, in small pieces, and as crunchy on first bite, they just melt in your mouth. Wow. The second meat dish was minced pork with tofu stewed in hot sauce, a popular northern dish. We were there for the good seafood dishes., we had shrimp and scallops stir fried with vegetables. The shrimps were fresh, and crunchy, as were the scallops. The vegetables were not over cooked, and still held its fresh colours.
The dining room were fairly full, and a little noisy as many Chinese restaurants are, it seemed everyone were enjoying their conversations and food. Many tables were families dining together, as it was a week end evening. The waiters were very attentive. They even changed our plates in between courses, which is the norm in fancy restaurants in Hong Kong. At the end of the meal, we were offered complimentary desserts, again a popular way of appreciating the patronage.
I found the prices were above average, nevertheless the house was busy and nearly full.
I recommend it highly.
