Stayed here two nights for concert at Rogers Arena. Very good location. Only 6-8 minutes walk to the Arena. Very friendly staff. Always cheerful, courteous and helpful. Even the serving staff in the breakfast lounge (full, included in the room rate) knew who you were on the second morning. Juan, the person at the desk is the best advert for this hotel. This is a small boutique hotel, with reasonable sized rooms. Clean with excellent shower. Very comfortable beds and very quiet. Could not hear any street noise. The location is excellent with the sky-train station when coming from the airport is about 5 minutes away. Walked to Stanley Park in 20 minutes.Would not stay in any other place in downtown Vancouver in the future. This place is a gem and different from you regular big brand hotels. Bonus, free world wide telephone calls!!!!

Had a great time staying here. The room was beautifully decorated, gorgeous bathroom, comfortable bed. Ideal location, close to everything. My highest praise goes to the amazing weekday daytime front desk staff. So accommodating and thoughtful. Very nice experience overall. Recommended!

Booked this hotel for an over night get-away. Front counter staff very accommodating. Book in was quick & easy. Secured parking adjacent to the hotel. Room very inviting with lots of amenities. Included full breakfast that was nourishing & delicious with a warm atmosphere & staff. Definitely a well kept secrete in Vancouver. Looking forward to another stay soon.

Though I only stayed there for a day, I thought they were superb. Free wifi, free phone calls, great staff, amazing breakfast, superb localization. On top of that, when I forgot a toy I bought to my goddaughter in my room, they shipped me! Next time I go to Vancouver, I'm definetly staying there.

It is a nice hotel that looks freshly renovated, more attractive from the inside than it is on the outside. Great service. I was just slightly disappointed with the room size. I stayed in the Executive King Guestroom and in the Hotels.com description it is stated that the room is 463 square feet in size (which is a standard hotel room size), but in reality it was just about half that size, which is quite small for a hotel room, especially if you have a lot of luggage. I had two large suitcases and once you open them up you have little room to move around. I am not sure if all rooms are like that or I was just out of luck and got the smallest in the room category. The front desk was unable to assist me stating that that was in fact the true size of the room.
