The listel hotel was conveniently located on Robson street, close to the waterfront. Their complimentary electric bikes were a great way to explore stanley park and the waterfront trail. Shopping and restaurants were easily accessible. The complimentary morning tea/coffee was a nice added perk
We stayed here 3 nights on arriving in Vancouver from London. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, the room was clean and serviced well each day. The air con was noisy tbh and we struggled with this and the jet lag. The hotel has a gym, which my husband and son used twice very early in the morning (jet lag). The best thing is the hotel’s location which is really central and convenient. We walked everywhere and hired bikes from just up the road to cycle the sea wall. It’s also very near the tourist pick ups for Vancouver Whale Watching and Capilano.
The hotel is well placed and the staff were welcoming. The rooms were clean and well furnished, but the bathroom was a bit dated and in need of a refurb. Air conditioning was effective but noisy.

Comfortable and well located, with very friendly and helpful staff. A pleasant and welcoming hotel which delivers exactly what it promises. Location on Robson street is ideal for exploring either on foot or by public transport. Does not have its own bar or restaurant but there are plenty of good options nearby.
The friendliness of the staff, the care in making us feel comfortable , the rooms are stunning in comfort and size and the artwork, as is the amazing location! The ease of checking in and checking out, the little touches including French Press Coffee in the morning delivered to our room
