Took the sky train to Elizabeth Park. it was a bit of a hike from the train, but it is in a beautiful elevated position looking over Vancouver in the distance. Delightful planting and enjoyed the tropical dome with its collection of exotic birds

This park is incredible. One of the highest points of the city, the views are fabulous. There is a water feature - many fountains which dance along to music. Beautiful and well kept gardens, this is a fantastic place to walk. Highly recommend this park.

An old stone quarry turned into a beautiful ornamental garden. Every year there are new and ever more wonderful plants and flowers to enjoy, plus an indoor hothouse with birds flying around and tropical plants. There's also an upmarket restaurant if you want to splurge, or an ice cream on a stick from the office at the pitch and putt golf course if you don't.

Perfect view and excellent service. Went there for valentine's day dinner. However, food is ok...not bad but not that awesome either. It's very lovely in the summer, fall and winter; especially in the evening of that amazing view of the city from that mountain. Definitely worth a try!!

Very nice park for a stroll and to see the cityscape from a high vantage point. Look for the bronze statues of 3 life size figures, but don't walk pass them. Stop, and veer to the right for the lookout point...you'll see Vancouver as you have never seen it before.
