We stayed here for one night in November with two other families (our first time to Vancouver so we really didn't know the area). It was a quick stay but a nice stay. We booked through Priceline Express Deal and got a good rate. Luckily all three families were able to get rooms right next door to each other on the 6th floor overlooking the swimming pool and harbor. We requested a crib for our 1 year old and it was delivered while we were out exploring the city. Hanging from the crib was a little bag that said "Westin" that contained a rubber duck, outlet covers, and a travel sized first aid kit. A nice bath math was also delivered. One bathrobe was in our room. Out of the three rooms we all had only one room had a bathtub/shower, the other two just had showers. The kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub at night. There is a Starbucks in the lobby area along with a nice gift shop. We were able to walk to Stanley Park and some nice restaurants. Since we weren't familiar with the town and were not there for too long we never ventured far from the hotel. On our drive out of town we stopped to see the Olympic Cauldron.
Overall, nice hotel, friendly staff, would definitely stay at the Westin Bayshore again.

This is a great hotel to stay in for a Vancouver vacation. First of all, it has a very reasonable priced, compared to all the other hotels with the same rating. Second of all, it has a great location. It is right next to Cole Harbor and very close to downtown. Third of all, the rooms are comfortable. The rooms have a great size with a lounge chair (on the 6th floor) and a comfortable bed. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, this hotel had great housekeeping service and was very fast.

I love the Bayshore hotel but the breakfast prices are crazy! $6.00 for toast? and no that's not for two pieces, that's per slice!! Come on folks, I know you have to make some money on food but this is criminal.

Lucky enough to have a double aspect room overlooking the bay and Stanley Park. Really liked being able to choose whether to have housekeeping on a daily basis and if not, to enjoy a coffee shop voucher. The staff are lovely, very accommodating and the location of the hotel, both in terms of view (if you get one) and base for enjoying the beautiful city of Vancouver and all it has to offer.

Would love to stay again and by hypnotised once more by the incoming and outgoing seaplanes - loved loved loved it all!

Room Tip: Ask for bayview!

Suggest you choose a different hotel. My room challenges....room phone that doesn't work, nacho chips with mouldy cheese under the ottoman and a bath robe with dirty tissues and a room key in one of the pockets. Don't think I will ever wear another hotel bathrobe again.
