We stayed in this luxury hotel for 3 nights in September and then for 1 night later in the same week. The bed was the most comfortable that we slept in the whole holiday. We was disappointed with our room though as the double glazing in the window had broken down and we was unable to see out of the window properly, on reporting this to reception they did know about it. It was also a room for the disabled which we are not, with hand rails in the bathroom that did not look very clean behind. Also only one arm chair for two people We did ask to change rooms but was told the hotel was full up. When we stayed again we had a very nice room with 2 chairs and no nasty handrails and seat in the bathroom. The staff were all very pleasant to us. It is not a cheap hotel to stay at and we feel that the first room we was given was certainly not worth what we had to pay for it. We would stay again should we come back to Canada.
