“Nice Shops With Friendly People!!!”
Reviewed March 12, 2014

I recently visited Vancouver and could not wait to get to the infamous Robson Street. I was impressed with the friendly people and employees that I encountered and many of the shops have reasonable prices. In this area, you will probably run into homeless people and I even gave a couple of them a few dollars. If you were homeless, you would be begging too! I did make a few purchases in the Robson Street area. Luckily, a lot of the shops offer affordable merchandise, although there are a few shops with ridiculously overpriced merchandise, which is probably why they get few visitors. For Canadian businesses, they need to realize that it is Canada and not some European country, so over priced merchandise really does not make sense, which will only cause customers to shop elsewhere, especially tourists. I cannot remember all of the Robson Street shops that I made purchases at, but I bought some cute tops and leggings at a few places. Robson Street is definitely worth a visit if you are ever in Vancouver!

“Lots of shops...”
Reviewed January 16, 2014 via mobile

Great street to walk on with all the big named stores.
Coffee shops and restaurants.
Parking easily found, all paid.
Transit also an option.
Make sure you look up to the second floors. Lots to be seen.
Side streets have a few good things to see.
Don't Jay walk as the police are always on the look out and will ticket you!
Great rain or shine.

“Nice toursitic shopping street”
Reviewed January 9, 2014

Like a small shopping mile, there are lots of stores, restaurants and bars to choose from. In December when we visited everything was all lite up. Lots of big brand stores to visit, my wife's favorite (and mine!) was the Victoria's Secret store. A nice street to spend the day shopping on.

“Great shopping experience”
Reviewed January 7, 2014 via mobile

Wandered around on new year's eve taking in the nearby sights and spending the remaining dollars we had on us before our flight home new year's day. Lots of shops to choose from and some really good gift shops to browse in.

“Christmas on Robson Street”
Reviewed November 1, 2013

It was early December when we visited so everywhere was decorated for Christmas with lights and festive window displays and it felt very Christmassy. There are the usual brand names like H&M etc but also some stores that we don't have in the UK as well so it is worth a look for visitors. It was very busy every time we were there but it's a nice street to walk down in downtown Vancouver.
At night the street was lovely and all the Christmas lights were on in the trees. I have also visited subsequently in the summer when there was a festival on with lots of street food being served which was nice also. It's worth a visit and then you can wander down to Canada Place and see the lights across the bay.
