I stayed here last year in May 2011 and I thought the beds were made for angels in heaven. I have never slept in anything as comfortable in my life and probably never will again, unless of course I do the same tour with Insight Vacations again. Very close to everything especially Canada Place where the cruise ships leave from for Alaska. When I arrived in Vancouver 2 days before the tour started I stayed in one of the Sands Hotels and while ok, the Fairmont Pacific Rim left it for dead as far as hotels go. When the taxi arrived to where I was staying before the tour started I was completely in awe of such a beautiful structure and welcoming hotel staff.
