“Great way to cap off a day in the park!”
Reviewed June 22, 2013

We spent the day biking in the park and were starving after returning our bikes; just happened upon this little 'Nook' - what a great name - and were so pleased. We sat at the bar, close to the open pizza oven, and actually watched them make and cook our pizza while we enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar. The cook was nice enough to answer our questions about the oven and the bartender was equally engaging and competent. We carried that pizza back to our hotel room and even after a 30 minute delay it was one of the best pizza's we've ever had. Next time we plan to dine at the restaurant as it looked neat, clean, and fun. A great way to finish up a day in the park!

“Great Pizza and Service”
Reviewed June 20, 2013

After a bike ride in Stanley Park we were hungry and checked out our phones to find a place to eat. We finally gave up and walked across the street to Nook-noticing it has excellent ratings from Trip Advisor, Zagat, etc.
Although we waited outside for a table (the restaurant is cozy) the hostess brought out a special appetizer for us to try free of charge during our wait.
It wasn't long before we were seated and eating the delicious wood oven pizza.
It was a wonderful night out, delicious food with friends.
I would go back in a second and recommending this spot to all local Vancouverites who had not heard of it yet.

“Great food, attentive staff”

Busy place - they do not take reservations. Our meals were just as good as those served to us at Travola - same owner, different cooks.

“Filling meal”
Reviewed June 15, 2013

Nook is a great little italian place. The pizza and pasta that we got were both delicious. The servers that work there give wonderful suggestions but I don't think you'd be disappointed by anything here. We even had enough for dinner the next night...bonus!

“Small restaurant - Large atmosphere”
Reviewed May 20, 2013

Go the Nook on Denman and Robson in Vancouver. Wait in line, you may even get a glass of wine while you wait and chat with the staff and to the other guests. Order a margherita pizza or maybe some pasta and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere. You wont be disappointed. I will go again.
