After 11 days in Alaska we were sad we didn't see an Orca! We decided to roll the dice one more time during our day and 1/2 in Vancouver! We were so not disappointed! We saw a mama and her three boys! (T-101 family). They put on quite a show for us! The nature guides on board were awesome (thanks Wilma!)

Hello,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are thrilled that you decided to come whale watching in Vancouver after your trip to Alaska. It is truly amazing to encounter Orcas in the wild and how great to hear that they were in good spirits too!

We hope you will join us for another adventure again the next time you visit BC :)

We went on the half-day tour yesterday, and we had an amazing time. The captain and guides were so friendly and helpful, and we saw a lot of wildlife. We saw a pod of orcas almost immediately, and they put on quite a show. They breached several times, and I was able to get many excellent photos. We followed them for about an hour, then we went to explore other parts of the area. While the sea lions and bald eagles were not quite as dramatic as the orcas, they were just as beautiful. Aurora was a fantastic guide, and she was knowledgeable about the Vancouver area and the wildlife we were able to see. We would go on this trip again in a heartbeat!

We prebooked this trip before we left England. Sadly the weather wasn’t kind to us and neither were the whales to start with as they were very illusive! The crew kept everyone’s spirits up and we have to mention Wilma in particular. She was superb. Ian the captain took our vessel as far as he could and we were rewarded with a pair of Humpbacks! Wilma recognised one as ‘Heather’ which she was able to match to a chart they had onboard showing known whale flukes.
Well done!
It was only the weather which was a let down!

Hello,

Thank you for choosing us to take a tour with. How wonderful that you came all the way from England! We are sorry to hear that the weather was poor on the day of your tour but we are delighted that you still got to see Humpbacks! The beauty and strength of the Humpback is truly incredible to encounter.

So great to hear that you had a great time out on the water with Wilma and Ian. We would love to have you join us on another tour again the next time you are visiting Canada.

The whale watching trip out of Vancouver was fun and the folks on the boat were great. They engaged with everyone on board. We saw some Orcas and the views were lovely. Victoria is beautiful and Butchard Gardens a delight. High tea in the restaurant was delicious. It was perfect being able to leave from Butchart cove.

Awesome whale watching day! We saw hump backed whales up close! Our nature guides Roya, Hannah and Mar were very enthusiastic and informative. The time in Victoria was fabulous. Butchart gardens are excellent. The boat ride bank to Vancouver is enjoyable. Would recommend this trip and nature guides to anyone.
