Spectacular room in a great location for shopping, restaurants, and walking. It was spacious in sleeping area and bathroom. Don’t let the arrival by taxi area fool you-it’s underground. The true lobby is at street level.

My family and I stayed at the hotel after our cruise ended in Vancouver. There's 12 of us ranging from age 1 - age 75. Prior to our arrival I've contacted the hotel concierge for restaurant recommendations and reservation. The concierge provided detailed and valuable feedback, they also assisted in making a reservation for us. Since we had a 1 year old with us, having a supermarket downstairs was extremely helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Definitely one of the best Shangri-La experience I have. Location of the hotel is excellent! Easy access to Robson without the heavy traffic. I would stay at this hotel again.

This is a REALLY nice hotel with large rooms and lovely large bathrooms. The location is also excellent and in walking distance to the harbor and shopping. We were graciously helped by the Concierge, Avi, who found restaurants with the cuisine we wanted and got us in when the restaurant told us they were booked! He really made our stay special.
