We love the waffles, the sweets, the coffee and the sandwiches are pretty awesome. It does not get much better than this. As we live in the area we often go late in the afternoon. One time we were there at closing and it was so nice being the only ones in the place. Oh to have it all to our own.

Thank Joel K

Excellent croissant, great coffee, how can it get better? Patisserie Lebeau does not disappoint. Their pastries, waffles and bread are just heavenly. Must be the real butter and real cream. I love this place.

I love this place, it's one of my favourates.

Asiago Cheese and meat waffle = good

Belian waffle with custard, whip, and tons of fruit = MY LIFE

Honestly this place is the tops, they also sell bread, pastries amazing sandwiches and little tarts.

A must visit in Vancouver for brunch.

We arrived on day 2 after they opened the door for business. Still had some kinks to smooth over (the server wasn't sure of the contents of the pastry, but was quick to ask and report back). Had a great sandwich on a delicious baguette with eggplant and roasted red peppers and chevre. And a fantastic chocolate dessert.
Next: try the macarons.

The coffee was a strong dark roast -- not for all palettes. I loved the espresso.
