“Reliably good”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 22, 2012

We have had consistently good food and service at Seasons in the Park, and definitely the best view of Vancouver while dining.
As well as good food, one way to tell a good restaurant is the low turnover of serving staff – we've had some of the same waiters and waitresses for years.
On our latest visit, it was warm enough to be able to eat on their patio. Our drinks were cold and our meals piping hot and perfectly cooked (pork chop and seafood linguine)...and did we mention the view?
The Seasons' Sunday Prime Rib dinner special is a great deal too.

“Outstanding dining experience!”

We visited the gorgeous Queen Elizabeth Park during the day and decided to return to the Seasons restaurant that evening. What a great decision that was! The service was excellent, the food was mouth-watering, and the mountain views were stunning!

“halibut special n/a at 6pm”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 18, 2012

We went to Season's to celebrate a birthday, 4 family members attended May 2012.
We had 6pm reservation on a Friday and arrived on time. The halibut special sounded great and we all wanted it, however there were only 2 meals left, the waiter said. We offered these to our guests. The entrees are expensive and with drinks, wine, appies, desert and coffee, the bill can add up. I knew that going into this, but I still wish I could have had the halibut special and it seems unfortunate that at 6pm the special was no longer available. I don't even remember what I had instead. I did notice the outside bar section and I would like to go back and check that out. Beautiful location and the restaurant was at capacity all evening. It is very popular. As a Vancouver local, I don't go to it often. Was last there in approx 1999! over 12 years ago. I hope next time I go, the special is available!!

Dear Carey

Thank you very much for this useful feedback re your dining experience at Seasons in the Park.

With regard to the Halibut special that was sold out when you dined, we do apologize. We have a very high standard of ensuring that our specials are seasonal and extremely fresh. We make sure we only order limited quantities daily to offer our guests the best products available.

However, we would love to be able to follow up with you personally as well. Is there a contact number where we could reach you? We would like the opportunity to have you return to us and have that Halibut special (and not have to wait 12 years to do so!).

Look forward to hearing from you soon!

“Great experience here in a great park.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 16, 2012

We were blown away by Vancouver's natural beauty, but not expecting the food and service to match it in this destination restaurant. My husband and I have travelled extensively and usually steer clear of the restaurants adjacent to attractions, as usually they are just not that good.

Here was an exception to that and we are glad to say that we tried most of the appetizers on the menu with plenty of wines by the glass and everything was cooked perfectly, seasoned well and this was a highlight of our trip to Canada's West coast that we will not soon forget.

Bravo!
