“Food truck fish sandwiches”
Reviewed June 15, 2013 via mobile

Got a $12 halibut sandwich but the fish inside was pretty small and it didn't come with any sides. The food is made in a trailer in a car park (where you eat the food). There are long line ups and we waited over 30 minutes for the fish sandwich. The sandwich was quite tasty and the fish fresh but not sure the overall value is there.

“Great food alfresco”
Reviewed June 10, 2013

There's nearly always a line-up to order your food, but it's well worth the wait: great fish, fries and cole slaw eaten outdoors overlooking the fishing boats in False Creek. Take in Granville island while you're there.

“Fair food- LOUSY SERVICE”
Reviewed June 9, 2013

Waited half an hour for my order- servers kept talking amongst themselves, ignoring customers- which was a lot as there was a long lineup.
Not impressed with the staff- fire them all and get a fresh batch- ZERO customer service abilities.
Have gone there twice- three times will not happen. Also, no overhead tarp in case it rains- HELLO- this is VANCOUVER!
Food DEFINITELY not worth the wait and hassle

“Hidden Gem”
Reviewed May 31, 2013

One of the best meals we had in Vancouver, hands down! Hidden just outside Granville Island, it's a little shack that serves fish and chips and other quick seafood grubs. We shared a bowl of delicious curry corn chowder, and I had salmon tacones and tuna sandwich, while my hubby had halibut & salmon fish-and-chips. We were there at 2:30PM and people were still lining up!

“Don't Bother”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

I was not impressed. I've had better and cheaper fresh fish in Seattle. This was so disappointing. Do not make a special trip out here to eat.

The batter had a good flavor but unfortunately incredibly greasy. The cod itself was pretty good, but the salmon had a very fishy flavor.

The tuna taco was delicious, but small for the price. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil or in the same oil the fish was cooked in.

The side cole slaw was so awful it was inedible.
