You may get "expensive" fresh fish at this shop. . . but BE AWARE. . . it is at the expense of unsuspecting "tourists" who pay big bucks for processing their fish from a charter.
Our Personal Experience: After our fishing charter, we took in 51.9 pounds of fish (2 Halibut and one small Salmon) for cleaning and packaging. They charged us $1.75 a "raw weight" pound for this service. When we arrived the next morning to collect "our" fish, we were given 21 frozen one pound packages. . . less than half the weight we took in. The average loss for Halibut cleaning is 30% Max. It was not until after a 5 hour drive (to our friend's home) that we looked on the packages and discovered the fish we were given was NOT OURS. The packing dates were from the DAY BEFORE we even went fishing. A Complete Rip Off!
