“Big beach, happy dogs, learning surfers, no tsunami toxic waste this week.”
Reviewed September 22, 2013

Sit, watch, wait. the weather, the light, the surf change very five minutes. don't be one of the fools climbing on the rocks for the perfect picture when the wave comes. Look up, look down, look out, and look in.

Fabulous, stunningly beautiful and big! You can walk for miles on the hard sandy beach. Very clean and best of all, dogs are welcome.

“What A View!”
Reviewed September 21, 2013

This is a beach that seemingly has everything, with views to the south and west. It's likely the best place in the Tofino area and nearby Pacific Rim National Park to watch a sunset. Large waves at both ends of the beach attracts many surfers and low tide offers access to nearby islands.

“ClassicBeach”
Reviewed September 17, 2013

This is the quintessential West Coast beach. Long flat sections, great surf and lots of logs as evidence of many storms. Swim it, surf it or walk it. It's a classic.

“A daily walk a must”
Reviewed September 17, 2013

Went on forever, yet few other people.....beautiful. Immediate access from the hotel, who also provide beach chairs! Stop at Carving Shed.....ties into the brilliant wood finishing's at the Inn.
