My husband and I travel frequently and this was the worst experience we have had. The hot springs were very small and uncomfortable. You sat on slimy rocks crowded into an area with people you have never met before. It is extremely dangerous, my husband slipped on one of the rocks injuring himself, even with footwear on. As well we were not informed by our "tour" group that we should bring our own food and water, that nothing was available onsite, and being my husband is a diabetic made this even more dangerous This was extremely disappointing and not worth the 300.00 that we paid for the two of us. I have never been on an excursion that charged you so much and gave you nothing. They take better care of you in Mexico, and we are in Canada where you would think the service would be better
