“Amazing forest”

What an amazing and magical place! Love the boardwalks and huge trees. I went in October and there was no one around the forest and pathways were clean and uncrowded.

“A true west coast experience”
Reviewed January 12, 2014

I have visited Pacific Rim Park many times and each time I leave feeling glad that I came . The sound of the ocean and the way the trees grow at Wickaninnish Beach, windswept and stunted by the salt spray..the smell of the cold clean ocean really is an experience. The trails are well marked and maintained just make sure to purchase a parking ticket if you plan on being there for any longer than an hour.
If you have a chance to visit this spectacular place, do it , you wont be disappointed.

“TREES and VIEWS EVERYWHERE!”
Reviewed December 25, 2013

Without getting too shmaltzy, you feel as if you are part of the Forest. It is all encompassing and so beautiful. The hiking is great. Saw a black bear on one of the beaches-it does not get better than that.

“it is an amazing forest.”

The long, winding highway drive is breathtaking. It is very narrow and I wouldn't want to drive it in ice and snow.Make sure to spend time in Tofino.

“A Canadian Treasure and Must See”
Reviewed December 12, 2013

Living on Vancouver Island for 35 years one takes the brilliant features of the Island and the West Coast of Canada for granted. But Pacific Rim National park is a treasure of the national Park system. It spreads from near Bamfield to Tofino and encompasses numerous islands and archipelagos which sample the true wet west coast ecosystems both marine and terrestrial. Access from Toquart Bay by water Taxi and Kayak for a real cool summer adventure or grab a beachside condo in Tofino for storm watching, beach combing and fab sunsets.
