“Lunch at the Treehouse”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 30, 2014

This is the coolest little place. Yummy food, charming setting and great service. We were there on a chilly day and the soup, a African yam soup, was just what we needed. Between us all, we had the lamb meatballs, roasted yam quesadillas and lamb burgers- all delicious. The prices were very reasonable as well. We'd definitely recommend it.

“Perfect island experience ”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 30, 2014 via mobile

My husband and I enjoyed dinner here for our anniversary after it was recommended by some locals. The atmosphere is a unique, true "Salt Spring" experience in a restaurant literally built around a tree! The wait staff seemed very busy when we arrived but we were seated promptly and the service was pleasant enough. Live music began at 7 and again was uniquely Salt Spring and enjoyable with dinner. Our meals were both fabulous. Try the halibut, the flavours are perfection!

“Very unique, casual restaurant with live music”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 26, 2014

I love the character and uniqueness of this restaurant. It is in the heart of Ganges Village by the marina and Mouatt's Mall, sporting one of a kind wood work to the structure, good healthy food and offering live music. It is a place with more of an earthy quality, which much of Salt Spring is all about. Worth a visit.

“Brilliant food, music and people!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 25, 2014 via mobile

What a delightful find! Delicious eclectic food full of flavour, local produce and interesting combinations. The outdoor venue is perfect. Do not miss out on the prawn skewers w naan bread OR lamb meat balls. The dessert was strawberry and rhubarb pie - clearly home made, crust and all. A perfect ending to a perfect day on the Salish Sea.

“Dinner in a funky tree!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 20, 2014

We've eaten here with both sets of parents, as well as with friends, and enjoyed both times. Delicious, healthy food at reasonable prices. We had fun listening to a great cover band over our dinner last weekend.

Fantastic experience in warm weather, and obviously much colder in overcast, windy weather as it is an outdoor venue. Check the weather first!
