An old working farm only a decade or so ago, this enormous oceanfront area now incorporates all of the old farm buildings and fields as well as a magnificent area of ocean side benchland with unbelievable views to the east and interesting rock formations. A great place to look for seals and orcas!

It is quite huge and hiking offers different kind of landscapes from forest to ocean front, fabulous place, well maintained.

The best park on the island. It is 10 km from Fulford but worth the drive. The views of the southern gulf islands are amazing.

The scenery is magical. It is a good hike from the parking lot to the ocean and there are some steep stairs. The footing is rough and uneven but you just have to watch where you are going and take your time. At the end of your walk, you can sit and watch the ferry boats go by with a spectacular view of the ocean and neighboring islands. You might even see some Orca!

If you like older buildings, this is the place to visit. There's a 100 year old home on the property as well as a working farm. Can get pretty mucky on paths in the spring, so be prepared for that. Lots of hiking trails to lookout points, but didn't have the chance to try them out as we weren't prepared for all the mud.
