Stayed here for one night in late July 2012 during a two-week trip through the B.C. Rockies, choosing it because it was within walking distance from the Greyhound terminal. My initial room seemed fine -- clean, a bit dark, not large, but not cramped, and a clean bathroom. Curiously, the refrigerator and microwave doors were wide open, and both were unplugged, which made me go 'Hmmm.'
But soon, even with the front door closed, there were flies and mosquitos buzzing around the room. I decided to request another room, and the gentleman who checked me in, who was very nice and pleasant, was just as nice and pleasant in relocating me, which I appreciated.
As mentioned, it's no more than a 10-minute walk from the Greyhound terminal, and there is an A&W and a convenience store right across the street, with a McDonald's two blocks down.
For a quick one-night stopover, it worked, and the price is certainly reasonable. But I might look elsewhere next time.
