The presidential suite far exceeds the junior suites and are well worth the additional $30 rate difference. There is good privacy from guests with the bedroom doors closed and guests have the use of a separate powder room. I would highly recommend these suites for anyone travelling on business.

I have had the pleasure to spend a week in this hotel while working in PG. I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is old, however does not excessively show signs of its age. It is clean and quiet. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The restaurant is a little pricey for the food quality. There are 2 other options more suited for formal dining. I did not sample these restaurants. Directly across the street is a WhiteSpot and a Tim Hortons. Other dining options are within a 5 min walk.
All in all, I had a very good experience here and the convenience of its location would make me chose this hotel again.

Stayed here on our way home, we always try to get a suite, they are so worth it. We have stayed here before, it is always pleasant. The suites are large, the king bed really comfortable, nice pillows. The breakfast room is friendly and efficient. I recommend this hotel, although some of the rooms are in need of renovation. Room 302 is great.

Room Tip: Room 302 is recently renovated, spacious, lots of windows. It's a king suite and with a senior d...

We stayed at the Inn of the North while doing shopping in Prince George (we do this 2-3 times a year). Although a distance from Costco and the PineCentre Mall, it was within walking distance of the boutiques and restaurants downtown. The gift cards and coupons made the hotel and excellent deal. Will definitely be looking to do this again in a few months time.

I stayed here for 1 night to attend a conference at the very nearby Civic Center. I got room 302, which was a larger suite like King bed room. It had a comfortable bed, a desk, mini-fridge, dining table, balcony, coffee table, couch, and 2 modern upholstered armchairs (1 with foot cushion). The furniture and chairs were really nice and modern (think lighter hued wood danish design look) - the couch not so much. The front-desk staff were professional and polite. I did see a colleague's queen? reg room on the 7th floor (729 i think it was) which was not as nice. However I think she paid about 30$ less than I did. It had darker, older style furniture, and the upholstered chair was also not as nice. If back in PG, I would def pay more to stay in 302 again.

Room Tip: If you like space and updated modern furnishings, pay more for Rm 302 (king suite)

Dear nightcat_12,

I am happy to hear you enjoyed one of our upgraded suites. These changes were done about a year ago to most of our suites, and we hope to continue this process with other guest rooms in the near future.

We look forward to see you again.
