We have been there with the kids since they were old enough to golf. It a great course for beginners. Morning and afternoon weekdays it has always been quiet with no one ever pushing you. The course is half way up the mountain side and you have a great view of the lake. The fairways are in good condition and the greens for the most part have always been very good for a small public course. The clubhouse is a blast from the past with 1960s/70s furniture and decor. tte kids love the hand made milkshakes in the old metal cups and the clubhouse is a dark cool place in the hot summer.
