we lucked in with this hotel during a 7 week tour of Canada during Sept and Oct. Lovely situation and great beds and pillows unlike some of our more costly hotel stays If we had been able to spare the time we would happily have stayed longer.,

We were in Penticton for just one night. We loved the location of the Waterfront Inn, close to the beach. Our rooms were very clean. I have never seen tiles in an hotel bathroom so sparkling and clean as at the Waterfront Inn. Good kitchen facilities for a longer stay.

We stayed here when we were racing in the recent Ironman Canada. I'm sure all the hotels put their prices up when this event was on, so we paid $175/night at this property. the room was clean and the location was great but we have stayed in nicer places for less. But the neighbourhood was quiet and it wasn't too far from town

My family has been vacationing in Penticton for the past 15 years and we would never consider staying anywhere else except for the beautiful Waterfront Inn. We were fortunate enough to spend another week there this past summer and our stay was exceptional as usual. The rooms are very clean and beds very comfortable. We stayed in a kitchen unit (myself and my 3 teenage daughters and one of their friends). There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and stay very comfortably. We had a beautiful view of the lake - a 3 minute walk and we were on the gorgeous sandy beach of the Skaha Lake.
The owner and staff are always very friendly and they make us feel at home. They were readily available in case we needed anything. The day we had to come home, my daughters and I stood and shed a lot of tears in our hotel room, making a pact with each other that we would return to this beautiful place again next summer, and of course stay no where else but the Waterfront Inn.

When I read everyone's reviews of the Watermark Inn, I thought that it sounded like a great alternative to the two star motels in Penticton, and I decided to spend the extra money to stay here. What is lovely and factual about this place is that the location is great. It is the last motel before the beach. That said, if you are in a dark room around the corner from the lake, facing another building, you are in a two-star motel in a dark room. There weren't any amenities that I can comment on, and the towels and blankets need updating.

TripAdvisor, please put the Watermark Inn in the Hotel Category, as it does not belong anywhere else.

We like to thank to all reviewers as long they are objective.
Our "Standard Rooms" do not face the lake or park. It is always mentioned to our guests when they inquire about accommodations or make reservations.
Our motel went in spring 2012 through an extensive upgrade. Our furniture,bedding,towels,flat-TV etc are brand new. Every week we replace a number of towels because of soil problems.
We are proud to deliver a good place to rest.
Please stay objectives with reviews. Go to the manager first if something is not to your satisfaction.
Thank you, Peter (owner)
