Stayed for a weekend, rooms are comfortable. Hotel needs a little paint and upgrading. Hot tub was warm and pool was cold! Good value, close to Orchard Park Mall.

I was surprised how expensive Kelowna was. The Dilworth was good for the price, convenient location, great service and wonderful beds. It is older so bathroom was a bit tired but CLEAN. Road noise was a bit much in early night but either dropped off or I fell into deep sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of September. We had a very large room with balcony and kitchenette well equipped with whatever is necessary to make a small meal. So we were pleased with the room and cleanness of the place. We don't understand, however, this silly thing about the towels. There was two of us plus a kid and all we have got was a three face towels and three small towels. There was some notes all over the bathroom about saving the environment but denying the customers towels is hardly the way. The area is very nice and they have very descent indoor pool and hot tub. Also they serve the coffee and muffins at the reception. Overall we had very good experience at this place except for the towels.

Hello Marek B, I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. In many of our rooms we have a separate wash area and shower area, face cloths and hand towels are in the wash area and bath towels are in the shower area, often due to lack of wall space the bath towels are behind the door. I can insure you that we have face cloths, hand towel and bath towels for all registered guests in each room. Our action to reduce harmful detergent overuse does not affect the stocking of room towels. I look forward to your return to the Dilworth Inn.

We checked in here for 1 night as it is only a quick stop in Kelowna. The hotel seems a bit dated and could do with major refurb. We were in a ground floor room and it was very noisy from occupnet upstairs. Every movement could be heard as it appears to be wooden floors. Rooms are basic although fully equipped, tea, coffee, fridge, microwave etc. there is also a pool and hot tub which were OK. Straight outside our groundfloor window, practically leaning on our window was a chained up wheelbarrow, rake and broom which I presume are the handymans. Not the nicest things to look at out of your room.
Overall an OK stay. If I were stopping for multiple nights I would give a miss. If I were coming back to Kelowna for a single night, I would have a look at alternatives but it wouldnt be the end of the world if I had to stop again although I would insist on a 1st floor room.

recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend with my children. The hotel is older but clean, our room was huge it had two queen beds quite comfortable. The fridge and microwave were older but did the purpose it was needed to serve. Front desk staff very helpful, did have an incident with housekeeping not fully closing our door on our second day there which we did report to front desk staff and felt it was delt with appropriatly. The pool was great as well. The bathrooms are large and very clean yes they are a little dated but they are very well maintained. Our only complait would be that the air conditioner and base board heaters should be cleaned as we did notice this was one area that seems to be missed by cleaning staff. Over all this is a great budget hotel for kelowna and we will be back again

I was able to spend a few extra days in Kelowna following a conference. I was looking for basic comfort and amenities, and the Dilworth Inn met my needs.

I was in a good-sized ground-floor room with a queen-sized bed, microwave, fridge, table and chairs, coffee-maker, couch and TV. The air-conditioner struggled with the mid-summer heatwave and needed to be left running.

The location is excellent -- it is within walking distance of Orchard Park Mall (5 minutes), the Chop House restaurant (5 minutes), Mickey's Pub at the Ramada (3 minutes), White Spot Restaurant (1 minute) and a wide variety of franchise food. A ten minute drive to the downtown beach/marina/cultural district and a 15 minute drive to the airport were very reasonable.

The housekeeping was a bit inconsistent (a book on the floor was not picked up, there was no coffee left in the room one morning, the vacuuming was not done one day). The no smoking and no pets rules meant that the room and corridors were odour-free and the baking soda in the fridge meant that there were no remnant smells from previous guests. The fridge was very clean.

There was an indoor pool and hot-tub, and although I did not use these facilities, other guests seemed to enjoy them.

The breakfast was minimal -- saran-wrapped muffins (quite stale one day) and coffee.

For less than $80 per night it was excellent value.

Room Tip: Some rooms have no view (eg. 112)

The Dilworth is an older hotel in Kelowna that is in an ideal location-very central and a great home base for day trips. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping staff make up the rooms later in the day than we are accustomed to; one day, because we needed the room in the afternoon to get ready for a wedding, we asked them to skip our room that day. We made use of the indoor pool daily. Unfortunately our trip coincided with a large festival being held in Kelowna that weekend so our nights were noisy with guests coming and going. There is really good coffee provided in the lobby and muffins (not the greatest) were available in the morning. I feel that the front desk staff were not the friendliest; the morning of check out my husband stood at the desk for quite a while while the staff member was on the phone handling a reservation request; a smile or some other acknowledgment of us would have been nice!
