“Don't miss it”
Reviewed August 2, 2013

Whether you are a local or a visitor, you'll enjoy the farmer's market. It is just the right size for this town. The offerings change depending on the season. You'll find flowers, fruit, veggies, good things to eat and drink, artists, jewellery, clothing, balloons, face painting, organic, cheese, fish, furniture, plants, wood and ceramics, and that is just the beginning. You can dash in and out or stroll the rows of vendors while enjoying local buskers (don't forget to tip them with change). Best to get their early for the best produce and easier parking. Everything wraps up at 2 pm.

“Awesome way to spend a Saturday or Wednesday Morning!”
Reviewed July 28, 2013

On any visit to the Okanagan, you have to spend a Saturday or Wednesday morning at the Kelowna Farmers & Crafters Market. Lots of wonderful local grown fruits & veggies. Awesome food at the many food vendors. Very convenient location opposite the Orchard Park Mall.

“Decent to shop for fresh fruits, veggies and crafts”
Reviewed July 16, 2013

It's going on Saturdays and Wednesdays, 9 to 1. Has its own mascot, who greets the crowd. Lots of stands with fresh cherries, apricots, garlic, peppers, tomatoes, etc., depending on the season. Prices very reasonable. Fresh lemonade and snacks on every corner. Places to eat lunch as well. Crafts all around, but not any 'Kelowna souvenirs' or stuff like that. Tourists like buying souvenirs, such as items which have the name of 'Kelowna' on them. None of these here, nor anywhere in the city or beaches. That's the only difference between the 'Mediterranean' look that you first get when you come to this market (and the city in general), and the real situation. In all, a great market to renew your fresh fruit and veggie supply.

“Excellent assortment of fresh food and great crafts”
Reviewed October 5, 2012

We had heard that this was a good market, it is much better than good.

Fresh fruit and vegetables are displayed artistically; friendly service oriented vendors and good prices. One vender had rare squashes and they were price accordingly.

Crafts, jams, honey and most anything else you can think were available including sauages, cheeses and some meats.

don't miss this chance to meet the locals and to support local famers and other vendors.
