Played here last week, in great autumn weather. Course was in great shape, but omg no range?? And one lousy net to hit in??? I have played Banff, Stewart creek, kananaskis, tobiano etc this year and I put TR in the bottom of all courses those courses that cost >$100. We were charged $130 and I just can’t get comfortable with that price for a weekday round at the end of sept, considering the facilities on offer. Furthermore, there are several holes on the front marred by construction of houses and housing development. The “view” along much of the front 9 is quite industrial. Maybe come back in a few years when that work is done, and maybe they’ll have electric carts by then, rather than stinky loud gas ones. Sorry tower ranch, I’ll go elsewhere next time.
Having said all that, the back nine was tough but fun. Scenic too.
I’m a 12 index and shot 83 here, so played above my usual pay grade this day, but just not happy for $130.

This is a tough tough course. You have to be accurate, carry some yardage, etc. What I found toughest was sticking to the greens. Some very tough pin placements and hard to read greens. Granted my first time here and I was hungover, so maybe a bit of a slanted review. Had some beer and hit some golf balls, so had a good time.

This is the first time I have played Tower Ranch and I was thoroughly impressed, with the condition of the course, the incredible layout and vistas and just about everything while we were there. The course is laid out on ever increasingly steep terrain. The golf cart has to work pretty hard, but there is only one hole that actually plays "uphill". Somehow they've managed to make a hilly course, play flat, or nearly so, for their holes go horizontal along the hillsides, across awesome valleys, or you occasionally tee off to a fairway well below the tee box. Don't worry, they're still not easy, but at least you aren't forever hitting uphill shots that sap your strength and enjoyment. This course is a joy to play, the views fantastic, even with the bar set so high in this beautiful region. The greens were readable and not overly fast. It had been very dry while we were there, yet the greens accepted good shots and the balls rolled true. If I was going to change one hole it would be to reshape the green on #9. It wasn't overly difficult to hit, but unless the flag is located at the very top of the green and you set your ball butterfly soft, you'll roll all the way off the front. If you play this more than once, you'll probably land off the green slightly depending upon where they've located the flag. It really deflated me as I watched our group get punished for decent shots. Four putts would not be rare. Other than that one green, the course was fair, and all of it was in great shape.

This is a beautiful course with great holes, great views, and great challenges. If your not on your game then a bogey is easy to find, but birdies are there for the taking.

Great views from the course. Would only recommend the course to low handicap golfers as it will be challenging. The course is meant to be more of a test of your golf skills rather than a fun afternoon with friends or colleagues. The upside was that it was easy to get a tee time when most other courses in the area were fully booked.

Well maintained, challenging but playable with good course management, and a feast for the eyes - this course is not to be missed.
Very good restaurant/bar and pleasant pro shop add to the experience.

Tough course, narrow, very picturesque. Undulating greens, some of the pin placements can be tough. Lots of elevation changes.
No driving range just a net.

I would have given a 5 star review except we had a 5+ hour round. Had to call the clubhouse to get the 2 groups in front of us moving.
Probably one of the best groomed courses you could play. The views are top notch. A good range finder with slope is a very good idea here. The greens are some of the best and fastest you can possibly play. They will separate the men from the boys for sure...
Have a great day!!

Really enjoyed the layout as most holes are different, course was in amazing shape and the starter was great. That's where my compliments end. Zero practice facility. Some greens are borderline rediculous. Other staff were arogant and wasn't sure if our golf cart was going to make it around the course and it was 5 hours without being in much trouble. Back nine was infested with some crazy large grasshopper bugs. Did I like it......yes. would I rush back to play again......not likely.

The guys that golfed this said they had never golfed such a well groomed course, greens and fairway. they said it was very hard to putt as the greens were so well groomed and deceiving, very hard! They loved every minute of it.
