Wherever we travel we always hit the art galleries and museums but w weren't expecting much on our trip through the Okanagan valley in British Columbia. The AAA guide mentioned the Geert Maas Gardens and Gallery was close to the highway, so we thought we'd drop by. It was a great decision: the art is world-class, and very affordable. We're from New York, where artists often charge much more from their studios. Go if you have at least a half hour to stroll around. We visited for an hour and will be back on our next trip. Leave a donation - or buy something (we did).
