Kelowna Inn and Suites, Kelowna, British Columbia – Visited August 8, 2016 - Good Value – Nicely located on the main street in Kelowna, B.C., good access and egress from the main street. Pleasant friendly open lobby, helpful and courteous staff, included free WiFi (good), breakfast and parking. Price was good value. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious (Queen and couch area) and separate bathroom, reasonably well appointed and maintained, however on the ground level with sound carrying from above. There was a Continental style breakfast in a moderately sized room with a variety of selections and attentive staff.

Room tip: Select top floor room rather than ground level

We stayed 4 nights and requested one of the newer rooms. We got a room on the first floor, quite big, and modern with big windows and air conditioning. We found Cleaning could be better and room was noisy due to Hwy ! The Breakfast room was way to small for all the guests. Hotel is walking distance to town centre. All in all good stay.

Great room choice! Our newly released guest rooms (2015) have been very popular with guests. We’re glad you had a great stay and took advantage of our great location to easily access downtown Kelowna and the waterfront.

Thank-you for your comments and we look forward to your next stay with us.

Kind regards,

Summer. High season. High rates. The hotel is clean and centrally located. It's okay. It's nothing special. The pool was under construction (7 am start for the crew if you know what I mean) while we were there. The hotel was kind enough to provide passes for H20 in lieu. The complimentary breakfast includes tea/coffee/juice, bagels, bread and accoutremonts, cereal, and muffins. No elevator to the second floor, so be prepared to haul your stuff up and down.

Room tip: No elevator, so lower floors of physically challenged. Some rooms allow some pets, check with management.

We’re happy that you chose to spend a part of your summer in Kelowna and at the Kelowna Inn & Suites.

We apologize for any distraction the pool renovation caused. We try to keep the ongoing work out of sight and mind as best we can. Our guests have been delighted to receive the complimentary pool passes to the local aquatic centre.

Please let us know of your floor preference when speaking to our staff while booking your reservation. We will happily accommodate a desirable location for you as best we can when we receive your booking.

We’re glad our unparalleled location close to downtown gave you great opportunities to explore the many amazing Kelowna experiences, and we look forward to your next visit.

Kind regards,

It is more of a motel than a hotel, spent one night with my bf and we were upgraded to a two queen beds room for no additional cost. Room and furniture are really nice and look new, but the wifi connection is very poor and the staff not too friendly. Breakfast was included but terrible, only a few muffins and similar; but the location was quite good.

We’re glad you enjoyed your upgraded premium guest room. These have been very popular since opening last year.

Our free continental breakfast includes eggs, yogurts, several breakfast cereals, oatmeal, toast, muffins, fruit along with juice/tea/coffee. Thank-you for your comments as we continually work to find the best selection that works for most of our guests.

During our indoor pool renovation guests have been enjoying free passes to a local recreation centre. These have been popular and well received, and we continue to provide these at no cost until our pool facility re-opens. Our new fitness centre though is open.

Thank-you for your stay and we look forward to welcoming you back again.
Kind regards,

they mixed up my reservation - I booked a premium room but gave me a standard room. I asks to switch and didn't mind pay extra to upgrade, but they just didn't have any premium room left during busy summer weekend. they didn't do anything to make this up. they did say sorry tho.
the standard room was old but clean. the swimming pool was under construction and won't open any time soon till next year. value of my money didn't justify for staying here. breakfast was very basic. breakfast area was extremely small. won't recommend this and won't stay here again. rather spend even more to stay at somewhere else.
