If you have to spend time in Kelowna, this a very good option. It seems quite new, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the bathroom is modern and the air conditioning unit is quiet. There is a large inner courtyard with a patio, barbecues, hot-tubs, and an adjoining heated indoor pool. The wired and wireless connections work well and the service is excellent. We were offered a decent discount for the first night by the evening staff, which was not recognized by the morning staff. This misunderstanding was easily cleared on the same day and the discount was extended to the second night. The location is not ideal, several kilometers away from downtown. Basically, no matter what you'd like to do outside the hotel, you need to drive. But aside from this, everything else is great.
The included continental breakfast is served at the neighboring ORA Kitchen & Bar. It was very good, with omelets cooked on order and a wide buffet selection.
I spent two nights here in a group of five. It was not inexpensive, but it provided good value for the money, and I would be happy to stay here again.More
