We were staying for one night on route from Banff to Vancouver.
One of the sheets had a stain and the lock to our washroom door was broken.
When we called room service and informed them they offered to bring us replacement sheets but said they didn’t have anyone to make the bed for us. They said they could have someone make it the next morning and have someone fix the lock by the next day as well, while knowing the whole time we were checking out early the next morning.
The room we booked had 2 washrooms, a microwave, fridge, counter and sink, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a sofa bed. We asked if the room could be changed due to the problems mentioned above, but the staff at the time said it wasn’t possible because they didn’t have another one of the same suites available. However she did advise us to wait until 10pm incase someone was not going to show up and eventually made arrangements for us to move into the same type but a different suite.
The staff at the breakfast the next morning was working like a machine, making food; refilling food, cutlery and everything else; taking out the garbage and everything else it took to run single-handedly that breakfast for probably 200 guests smoothly. Really commendable of her, but more staff should be there to support her. The food was good too, but not many vegan options.

3 night stay in a beautiful, quiet, comfortable room. Close to airport and shopping Staff goes beyond their duty to make sure you have everything! The staff went out of their way, to give privacy for a small group meeting. The breakfast lady rocks!
