Overall, it's a good hotel and the staff were incredibly helpful. It's about 10 minutes north of downtown Kelowna. Great to have breakfast included, makes things easier in the morning. Didn't go in the pool, was small and wasn't very deep. You get access to Anytime Fitness next door, but I didn't take advantage of that feature.
On one of my nights, the room above was occupied and could hear footsteps.
The main reason for me not returning is the curtains - though there is a white liner, the curtains themselves only stay on the side (can't be pulled closed) so light streams in at sunrise (and wakes me up). If the curtains pull across, it would create a blackout affect. From pictures, that is the experience I thought I'd have. And what I need for good sleep.
In my suite, bathtub safety is a concern - typically the faucet/drain on a tub is on the same side as the toilet. That way, you don't have to step in under the showerhead. If someone needs to step out (forgot something), water sprays onto the bathroom floor and creates a safety hazard.
3. Less important but something I noted: closet door has closers on the hinges so it won't stay open. Air circulation is important if your clothes are slightly damp and need to be hung.
If you don't need blackout curtains to sleep past sunrise, then it's a good option.
