We used Cabana Grill to cater a small party and had excellent results.
Marisa quickly returned communications and ensured the menu would match our party.
The chef was accomodating, pleasant and punctual. The food was a smash hit with the guests.
The main course was a braised short rib with irish whiskey demi, roasted garlic smashed potato broccoli and roasted red peppers. It was beautifully presented and served. The meat simply dissolved in your mouth. All plates were licked clean.
The snacks for the night were a homemade barbeque potato chip, beef carpaccio with chipotle mayo and blue cheese, house made pretzels and chocolate mousse cups. Even those that normally did not care for potato chips, loved these chips. The chocolate mousse cups were inhaled.
Each thank you note received after the event mentioned the heavenly food.
